What are the delivery times?
Please allow 5 to 12 working days for delivery in metropolitan France, depending on the product. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch. More details can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. All payments are secure.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Contact us via the Contact page to initiate the process.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours via the Contact page: we will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
Are the products suitable for all animals?
Each product page specifies the sizes and animals concerned (dog, cat, size S to XL). If in doubt, please write to us, we will be happy to advise you.
