Shipping & Returns

Delivery

All our orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. We work with several partner warehouses in Europe and internationally, which explains varying delivery times depending on the product:

• Metropolitan France: delivery in 5 to 12 business days depending on the product
• Delivery fees: indicated at the time of payment, before order confirmation
• Tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment

If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately — you obviously only pay for shipping once.

Returns & Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• Contact us before any return via the Contact page to obtain the procedure and return address
• Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the return, using the payment method used

Damaged or Non-Compliant Product

If you receive a damaged or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will send you a new product or fully refund you, with no return fees.
